Rewriting

Yeah, pretty much one of my least favorite things about writing is rewriting. Not going back through and revising, but realizing the story you have right now isn't working in too many places just to write that one part. So, you start over.

I don't know about anyone else, but seeing that cursor blink on a perfectly white page depresses me. It means I have sooooo far to go. But on the other side, maybe I should be grateful that I have the chance to make characters that I love even better.

Music and Writing

I always found I could concentrate better on my writing if I wrote while I listened to music. Actually, it helps me with everything in general. I always like it when I find an author's made a playlist on their website. Someday, when I publish, or at least finish a book, I'll do that too. I know Stephenie Meyer has a fantastic playlist for each of her Twilight saga books. Just try it!

Valentine's day

So I like to read quotes when I get bored. I love them! So here are a few of my favorites!

Finally!

After hours of working, I finally separated this blog from my other one.

This one is just for what I'm thinking about writing, and how my story is coming along. There might be some other random stuff thrown in, but hey! What's life without a little variety, right?
